AhlanHamad × Microsoft 365

When someone leaves, their Microsoft account is disabled and signed out at the end of their last day. New hires can get an account, and HR documents can be filed in a SharePoint library you choose.

Where it stands
Built, and tested only against simulated Microsoft Graph calls. It hasn't run in a real Microsoft 365 tenant yet.
What you need
Microsoft 365 with your own Azure app registration, consented by your Microsoft admin (AhlanHamad shows the steps), and a company admin in AhlanHamad.

What it does

How it works

  1. Connect Microsoft 365 from Integrations in AhlanHamad with your own Azure app, and have your Microsoft admin grant consent.
  2. Link existing Microsoft users to employees (matched by email, then similar names, confirmed by an admin), and pick a SharePoint site and library.
  3. Switch on the document types you want filed. The Activity tab shows each change and upload.

Step-by-step setup guide: register your Azure app, grant its permissions and connect SharePoint and Microsoft accounts

What it doesn't do

Questions

Are payslips sent to SharePoint?

Only if you switch payslips on separately and confirm it. Turning on the other document types doesn't include them.

Will it delete a leaver's Microsoft account?

No. It disables the account and ends its sessions. Deletion stays with you, in the Microsoft Entra admin center.

When will it be available?

There is no date yet. Book a short call and tell us you use Microsoft 365, and we'll let you know when it opens.
