AhlanHamad is an HR, payroll and labour-law compliance platform for the six GCC countries — Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman — fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
How we verify what we publish
- One engine, no copywriting: every statutory figure on this site (end-of-service, social-insurance rates, overtime multipliers, leave baselines) is computed by the same code that runs customer payroll — a published number cannot drift from what the product enforces.
- A verification register: each statutory figure is enrolled in an internal register that tracks its source citation and review state. Worked examples are asserted per market only when that market's review is complete; until then, pages present the law and the calculators without asserting a figure.
- A law watchlist: pending and enacted changes to GCC labour and social-insurance law are tracked per country; a flagged change re-opens the affected figures for re-verification, and the engine — and therefore this site — updates together.
- Bilingual by review: legal Arabic follows the official terminology of each statute; conversational Arabic is written to read natively, and both pass a per-market review process.
