Early access

AhlanHamad × DocuSign

Send contracts and letters for signature from your own DocuSign account without leaving AhlanHamad. When everyone has signed, the signed PDF comes back into AhlanHamad.

DocuSign is in early access: we switch it on for one company at a time, on request, and help you set it up. It isn't open to every company yet.

Where it stands
Built, and tested end to end with a DocuSign developer (demo) account: five envelope scenarios. It hasn't been used with a customer's production DocuSign account yet.
What you need
Your own DocuSign account and your own DocuSign integration key (JWT Grant), connected in AhlanHamad by a company admin — our setup guide walks you through it.

What it does

How it works

  1. Connect DocuSign from Integrations in AhlanHamad with your own integration key, and add your own Connect key.
  2. Choose DocuSign as your signing provider.
  3. Send signature requests as usual. Status and the signed copy come back on their own.

Step-by-step setup guide: connect DocuSign, map your accounts and check your first payroll

What it doesn't do

Questions

Whose DocuSign account sends the envelope?

Yours. Envelopes go out from your company's own DocuSign account, and no AhlanHamad signing links are emailed.

What happens if DocuSign is down?

Brief errors are retried. If DocuSign still can't take the request, it goes out with AhlanHamad's built-in e-signature and the sender is told.

Can my company use it now?

Yes, in early access. We switch DocuSign on for your company and help you connect it and check the first results. It isn't open to every company yet.
